I appreciate your cooperation and patience in helping to keep my clients and myself safe and healthy. If you have experienced any of these symptoms within the last 14 days -48 hours,
PLEASE CANCEL YOUR APPOINMENT IF YOU EXPERIENCED COVID,COLD OR FLU SYMPTOMS.
I am doing all that I can to keep you all safe while being serviced in my suite.
Only one client is serviced at a time (do not bring guest).
Proper sterilization is done after each client.
Please call or text before entering the building.
I agree to receive a salon service from Brenda Gee Salon. I understand that before any service may be performed, I agree to the following:
To cancel/reschedule my appointment within 48 hours if I am not feeling well for any reason, or if I have been exposed to coronavirus in the past 14 days, or if I have any reason to believe that I have or have had coronavirus within the last 14 days.
To allow temperature checks upon arrival to the salon and cancelation of my appointment if my temperature is 99.0 degrees or higher
To wear PPE while in the salon
No call no show will result in my card being charged the full amount of missed service.
To agree to waive and not pursue any claim against Brenda Gee Salon should you experience any coronavirus symptoms or test positive after receiving service from the salon.
